At SynergyCare Development Initiative (SDI), I manage and consolidate programme data for donor-funded health and OVC interventions, supporting collection, review, validation, analysis, and routine reporting.
I verify reported figures against source documents and facility-level records, reconcile datasets, and follow up discrepancies with field teams. I also develop Excel-based templates, trackers, and line lists for indicator and caseload monitoring.
My work includes monitoring HIV testing, treatment linkage, viral-load monitoring, HEI, and OVC/CALHIV service indicators. I train and guide community-level personnel on digital data collection, beneficiary tracking, documentation, and reporting procedures.
Earlier, I supported M&E and data entry at SDI and Center for Clinical Care and Research Nigeria (CCCRN), and maintained inventory and transaction records at ICU Ventures. I hold a B.A. in History and Diplomacy from Niger Delta University and completed training in Data Quality and Monitoring & Evaluation Fundamentals.
