At Bahawal Victoria Hospital, I completed a one-year rotational house job across General Medicine, the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, General Surgery, and Obstetrics & Gynecology. I triaged patients, performed clinical workups, and monitored critical pediatric patients, including those with sepsis, respiratory failure, and shock.
In surgery, I first-assisted in urgent trauma surgeries and emergency laparotomies, and performed primary skin suturing and abscess incisions. In Obstetrics & Gynecology, I assisted with spontaneous vaginal deliveries and lower segment Caesarean sections. My procedural skills include IV cannulation, ABG drawing, Foley catheterization, and NG tube placement; I also completed a Basic Life Support workshop.
