What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a manufacturing technician role where I can contribute to quality assembly and testing processes.

At Giant Food Stores, I supervise front-end associates and support excellent customer service as a Checkout Coach (Shift Supervisor). I also handle register opening and closing, cash drawers, and bank deposits.

I resolve customer issues, train new hires on company policies and service standards, and conduct performance evaluations for front-end associates.

At Lehigh Landscape Supply & Nursery, I assisted with planting and maintaining plants and trees, and operated tractors, forklifts, and irrigation systems. I also studied Automotive Technology as a Class B Technician.
