What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build and support secure, high-quality systems—leveraging .NET/React and cybersecurity practices like vulnerability management, monitoring, and secure code reviews—while collaborating in Agile teams.

I’m a cybersecurity-focused IT professional with a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and hands-on experience across application support, system monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.

In my current role as a Senior Software Engineer at IGT1 Lanka, I design scalable .NET backend architectures, build RESTful APIs and backend services, and apply Clean Architecture and SOLID principles. I also optimize performance through database and query improvements, caching, and asynchronous processing.

I bring a security-first mindset—supporting secure deployment and CI/CD, performing secure code reviews, and assisting in identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in production. Earlier roles strengthened my Linux/Bash operations experience and helped me deliver secure file transfer automation while maintaining security compliance during migrations and updates.
