I’m a Power Platform Developer with 2.2 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in the retail domain. I build and configure AI Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio using custom topics, triggers, and conversational flows, designing multi-turn dialogs and fallback handling to improve accuracy and user experience.

I develop end-to-end Power Automate Cloud Flows—automated, scheduled, and instant—integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, and REST APIs to streamline business processes and eliminate manual effort. I connect agents to external data sources using custom connectors and HTTP actions, and I configure Azure AD authentication in Copilot Studio for secure, agent-to-system interactions.

In my current role, I embed Copilot Studio AI agents into Power Pages to help external partners self-serve onboarding and program information grounded in real-time data. I also engineer multi-level onboarding approval flows with compliance validation and stakeholder sign-off, and I automate sales-out pipelines by validating incoming partner files and routing validated records for deduplication and downstream processing.
