At Quero Atender, I structured user journeys, flows, and interface architecture for complementary apps for patients and doctors, taking the work from research to high-fidelity Figma prototypes.
I developed Quero Consultar, a platform for patients looking for healthcare professionals, and was responsible for usability decisions and consistent flows across both sides of the product.
For my personal redesign of the Apoio Militar app, I analyzed 40 user reviews, prioritized issues with the GUT matrix, and compared solutions in A/B scenarios, focusing on the CDI issuance flow.
I also redesigned an executive Power BI dashboard, reorganizing visual hierarchy, filters, and navigation around decision-making KPIs; the project achieved an 80% improvement in usability. My background includes graphic design, illustration, marketing, and motion design.
