I’m a highly adaptable, detail-oriented AI Data Trainer with deep expertise in supervised fine-tuning (SFT), reward modelling (RM), and reinforcement learning through human feedback (RLHF). I pair prompt engineering with creative writing and quality control to help models produce consistently strong outputs.
At Invisible Technologies, I train AI models remotely by creating, refining, and evaluating high-quality prompts and datasets. I also run quality assurance to maintain high data standards, using an analytical approach to support better model behavior.
Before moving fully into AI, I worked as a Diagnostics Engineer (Hybrid) at HomeShield Direct in Hove, UK. I diagnosed technical issues remotely, delivered cost-effective solutions and product recommendations, and collaborated across departments to keep service quality high—while mentoring new team members.
