What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Finance Manager role in the hospitality and real estate sector, where I can apply my experience in financial management, real estate asset optimization, and operational oversight.

I make property numbers behave.

As Financial Manager at CBRE Excellerate, I run the money side of real estate: budgets, forecasts, financial statements, rent collection and expense control. I keep the general ledger honest, and I turn reconciliations and variance reports into clear answers on where the money went and why. When I dug into the cost data, I found savings that cut operating expenses by 17%.

My instincts come from a career spent checking other people’s books. At Radisson Blu, I audited hotel revenue, operations and financial controls, then worked with senior management to make sure the recommendations were acted on rather than filed away. Before that, as an external auditor at A.T. Folowosele & Associates, I examined financial statements and assessed business risk and compliance.

Along the way, I’ve helped build financial dashboards and KPIs so property performance can be seen at a glance, and I’ve coordinated property and asset audits.
