At EasyLegalApp, I conducted accessibility research, created personas and user flows, and led usability testing that improved task success rates. My designs reduced task completion time by 40% and increased engagement by 35%.

For PaydayHub, I led the redesign of web and mobile experiences, increasing discoverability of core financial services by 98%. At Medicare Supply Chain, I redesigned products for Nigerian users and built a reusable design system and component library to improve consistency and speed feature delivery.
