I’m a skilled and dynamic EDR Platform Support analyst, focused on managing and overseeing optimal security solutions through platform support. My responsibility as a security analyst is to defend the organisation from both internal and external threats, using strong information security knowledge and hands-on methods.

I maintain current knowledge and understanding of the threat landscape and emerging security threats. I review new alerts, categorise them into L1-handled events or items requiring escalation, and analyse user activity and alerts from security tools to identify real potential threats.

In my Cybersecurity Analyst (EDR) role, I monitored the security of servers and machines, managed endpoint devices, and supported policy creation and enforcement. I handled whitelisting/blacklisting and user/access privilege policy, led and responded to security incidents, investigated suspected areas, and produced detailed root-cause reports for stakeholders while working in a ticket-based escalation environment.

I also contribute to security readiness through incident response life cycle support, playbook management, bridge call coordination, and knowledge transfer for security operations teams after technology implementation. Alongside security work, I’ve delivered careful analysis and validation as a QA Analyst, and I’ve built solutions in pre-sales and solution engineering for cloud and infrastructure—bringing strong troubleshooting and process-improvement mindset to every engagement.
