At Exotel Techcom Pvt Ltd, I architected a real-time analytics pipeline on Kafka and OpenSearch that ingests 25–30M call events a day and enables end-to-end call journey tracing.
I designed the ingestion system for reliable delivery, with retries, duplicate-free replays, and fallback handling. I also deployed and operate a self-managed OpenSearch cluster on EKS.
Previously at IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd, I designed an image deduplication service that cut storage costs by 30% and improved upload response times by 20%. I also built a Go image-conversion service serving 20M+ requests a day and contributed to migrating 300M legacy images to WebP.
I work on backend systems, distributed data processing, and performance tuning. My Paper Trading Platform project uses Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and WebSockets for live market data, portfolio management, and trade execution.
