Delivered Traffic Management Plans, Traffic Guidance Schemes, Traffic Impact Assessments and Risk Assessments for projects across Queensland and Victoria, in compliance with AGTTM, QGTTM and applicable state requirements. Reviewed client mark-ups and project specifications to produce traffic management designs for works ranging from simple to complex.

Coordinated architectural with electrical, plumbing, and MEPFS drawings for fit-out, cabinetry, joinery, and renovation projects, ensuring alignment across disciplines and preparing consolidated construction documentation. Produced the full CAD drawing set for an interior fit-out project and prepared 2D construction drawings and 3D interior models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Supervised commercial and condominium interior design projects, coordinating with technical teams on cabinetry, fit-outs and renovations from design development through project handover. Communicated 2D and 3D design requirements to clients and prepared technical drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD and Enscape / Vray for visualization.

Prepared traffic management plans for Queensland and New South Wales projects in accordance with Australian standards. Reviewed client requests and mark-ups, and developed designs for projects of varying complexity using RapidPlan, Google Earth, MetroMap and drafting tools.

Generated reports on Excel of daily worker's accomplishments and tasks, to keep record on the productivity of every worker from room layouts to the finishing. Inspected basic Construction PPEs and safety measures of the residential floors.

Worked in a two-person team on a boutique hotel proposal in San Juan, Manila: site survey, schematic design concept and space planning. Surveyed existing interiors for renovation; designed a space-saving, open and well-connected plan for a small private house.

Graduated with a BS Architecture degree in September 2021. Authored an undergraduate thesis on the redevelopment of the National Center for Geriatric Health and Research Institute.

Completed an Autodesk Training Course in AutoCAD 2018 covering 2D, 3D, color rendering, and plotting in March 2018.
