What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation, content evaluation, and data-quality projects where I can apply structured guidelines, strong judgement, and financial-services customer-support experience.

I'm an AI Trainer at Handshake AI, where I review and rate model responses for accuracy, relevance, tone, and completeness, flag errors, and document edge cases against defined rubrics.

My work across Stima Sacco Society, Telkom Kenya, and Hallo Pay Systems has centred on analysing customer intent, validating data, classifying complaints, managing escalations, and improving service quality in fintech, financial services, and telecommunications. I'm comfortable applying complex guidelines independently in high-volume remote environments and bringing clear written reasoning to AI evaluation, search relevance, content review, and data-quality work.
