At Nasir Sulemani Mukhrattah, I apply DFM principles to SolidWorks part and assembly models and detail drawings, cutting shop-floor rework and setup errors by over 20%. I also use GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis to hold machining tolerances to ±0.02 mm.
On my self-employed Home Shop project, I built a precision 3D printer and CNC wood router from scratch, modeling their frames, brackets, and drive mechanisms in SolidWorks. I integrated Mach3 motion control and tuned the machines’ kinematics.
At Rizwan and Saleh Foundry, I optimized pattern designs and gating systems to reduce material waste by 15%, and produced drawings for foundry and machining operations. Earlier, at Paramount Techno Facility, I machined parts to blueprint on manual lathes and mills and handled fabrication and electric arc welding.
