Conducted working capital optimisation and co-led Kyriba and NetSuite implementation/optimization across nine countries, improving cash visibility and streamlining bank connectivity and liquidity forecasting.

Built the Group Treasury function across seven countries, secured US$50m in debt financing, and automated cash forecasting to weekly reports, reducing FX losses and improving liquidity and compliance.

Established the firm's Credit Department and implemented billing and collection strategies that reduced outstanding debtors by 35% and improved collections processes and reporting.

Managed liquidity and FX for 13 countries, deployed Kyriba regionally, reduced missed payments by 60%, and cut banking charges by 25% through treasury strategy, cash pooling and vendor/bank negotiations.

Led contract drafting and monthly reconciliations across 17 countries, recovering US$4m from unreconciled services and reducing reconciliation turnaround by 15% to accelerate invoicing and collections.

Drove order-to-cash improvements across Sub-Saharan Africa, reducing receivables by over US$200m, recovering US$30m, and cutting DSO by more than 100 days through process redesign and stakeholder engagement.

Managed forecasting, budgeting and monthly management accounts, improving client database accuracy from 64% to 89% and creating workflow synergies across group companies to enhance operational efficiency.

Completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Accounting, and obtained CPA-K qualification from Strathmore University.

Awarded the Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) professional qualification in 2008.
