At Deloitte, I support the firmwide Risk Transformation Central Project Management Office, including the migration from Excel to Airtable. I contributed to user testing, change control, and post-migration reporting, and help embed Airtable into ongoing processes.
I collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources to expand VBA automation modules and enrich Power BI dashboards. I also document automation processes and data flows, and support generative AI-enabled automation efforts.
On Deloitte’s regulatory and surveillance projects, I researched regulatory changes, identified compliance obligations, and supported operational resilience assessments. I also documented requirements and data flows for a surveillance dashboard.
At HSBC, I supported regulatory reporting and Global Control Framework activities for OTCD trade reporting obligations. Earlier, at Northern Trust, I handled UK fund distribution and commission payments, trained team members on task types, and was part of a client migration team.
