Led design and delivery of the Volume Planning Engine and built the engineering team from zero to 10-12 engineers. Owned hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, and career development while remaining hands-on in architecture and critical code paths.

Technical lead on Amdocs SOM, a commercially deployed enterprise product managing end-to-end customer order journeys for major telecom operators. Owned stateful order orchestration modules and led performance investigations on Kafka consumer group lag and MySQL slow-query bottlenecks.

Core engineer on Ericsson's next-generation BSS charging platform, handling Customer Partner Management, real-time charging, and invoice generation. Designed time-series billing event storage on Cassandra and operated in a distributed Agile model with teams across India and Europe.

Designed and delivered a call center analytics platform providing real-time and historical reporting on call volumes, resolution rates, and agent SLA performance. Owned the REST API layer integrating with upstream telephony data sources.

Contributed to India's Mobile Number Portability (MNP) automation platform, a nationally mandated high-availability system operating under strict regulatory SLAs. Recognized as Outstanding Performer for contributions to system reliability and on-time delivery.
