I've supported the Quality Control team at Delicut Foods, a Ready-to-Eat meals company, through quality testing of raw materials and finished products in a GMP-aligned environment.

I assist with QC documentation, logbooks, inspection reports, HACCP-based deviation tracking, corrective actions, and hygiene records for production areas. My biotechnology background includes PCR, micropipetting, microbial streaking, microbiology, and nanobiotechnology.

I'm trained in HACCP for Food Manufacturing and have passed the written MOHAP Medical Laboratory Technician Exam, with the viva awaiting.
