At Lytx, I help modernize cloud-native platforms by migrating 130+ applications and services from on-premises infrastructure to AWS. I work across .NET 6 to .NET 9, SQL Server to PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ to Amazon MSK/Kafka, TFS to GitHub, and monoliths to microservices.

I build customer-facing capabilities including Consent Management and Facial ID workflows, and delivered 82 self-service configuration capabilities in the Lytx Admin Portal. These features let customers make changes independently and reduced support dependence, with individual features replacing approximately 15 manual tickets per month per customer.

I own the operational health of critical microservices through production monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements. I also provide technical leadership for a team of six developers and two QA engineers through mentoring, code reviews, and implementation guidance.

Previously, I led feature development and issue resolution at Mahindra First Choice, and at EY I developed an Azure DevOps extension for automated work-item fields and designed an OCR-as-a-Service API wrapper. I enjoy applying Claude, AI agents, code generation, and AI-assisted testing to make engineering teams more effective.
