At Antern Technologies Pvt Ltd, I extract and consolidate invoice, payment, and customer data from Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and QuickBooks for receivables reporting. I analyse aging across ₹5+ Crores of receivables, helping keep DSO within 30–45 days.

I built collection reports, trackers, and MIS dashboards in Advanced Excel to give management weekly visibility into outstanding dues and expected collections. I also standardise recurring reports and document steps to reduce manual effort.

By analysing recurring billing errors, tracing root causes, and proposing fixes, I helped improve first-pass invoice accuracy from 80% to 95%. I also reconciled invoices and payments and resolved client discrepancies, reducing billing turnaround time from 5 days to 3 days.
