What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead electrical engineering efforts that build and automate reliable transformer equipment, improve maintenance workflows, and expand system capabilities—while applying quality assurance, risk assessment, and strong control systems expertise.

I lead the Electrical Engineering Department at Crosstech Transformer, driving innovations that strengthen transformer performance and operations. I made new systems for the company’s main machines by adding a PLC control system to the Transformer Oil Purification Machine, making it more automatic, compact, and easier to operate.

I also focus on practical engineering improvements—repairing and reinventing devices from unused or abandoned assets to expand and strengthen the company’s capabilities. Through testing and troubleshooting, I help ensure systems run reliably while supporting quality and risk-aware engineering decisions.

My background is rooted in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya, and I continuously learn by taking things apart—disassembling home electrical appliances to understand how they work.
