What I'm looking for

I'm looking to connect business and technology through systems analysis, process automation, web development, product ownership, and quality assurance. I value opportunities to work with stakeholders, improve operational flows, and deliver practical digital solutions.

I'm currently building internal process automations at Hard Copy, including financial workflows for automated invoice generation, spreadsheet updates, CRM imports, pipeline movements, and ClickUp cards. I also configure and evolve Data Crazy CRM and develop landing pages with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

At TCS, I helped evolve and support Acuvue websites across 17 countries, working across business analysis, Drupal development, product ownership, and quality assurance. I translated stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira backlog items while communicating in English with international teams.

I've also managed Tray e-commerce operations at Elementopuro, improving content, SEO, campaigns, platform administration, and IT infrastructure. I enjoy connecting business needs to practical technology solutions from discovery through delivery.
