What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead financial reporting and budgeting with IFRS and tax compliance at the core—bringing structured accounting development, clear insights, and reliable decision support to a growing organization.

I’m a finance and accounting leader with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an ACCA Georgian Program background (13 completed modules). I deepen my expertise through World Bank-funded training in IFRS for SMEs and advanced IFRS and tax-focused learning, so my work stays aligned with today’s reporting expectations.

Since 2023, I’ve been a Director of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Accounting Development at ALGI Audit LLC. In this role, I focus on improving how financial information is produced and used—strengthening budgeting discipline, supporting accurate accounting processes, and delivering reporting that decision-makers can trust.

Before that, I served as a Financial Manager at Mercury LLC (Electric Transport Sharing Service – Scroll, Qari) from 2022 to 2023, and I progressed through Chief Accountant roles at Nexia TA LLC and Aversi-Rationali LLC. Across these positions, I supported clients in sectors like coffee production and international transportation, while also managing pharmaceutical manufacturing accounting—from day-to-day accuracy to stronger financial control.

I work with modern accounting and analytical tools, including Oris, Exact Globe, Balance, 1C, SAP, and Power BI, along with MS Excel and other MS Office capabilities. I’m motivated by continuous professional development and by turning complex requirements—like IFRS and VAT/tax updates—into clear, operational financial reporting.
