At Dell EMC, I implemented and supported Pfizer’s SDDC VxRack at core datacenters and VxRails at edge sites as part of its digital platform transformation. I provide L3/L4 support for converged and hyper-converged platforms and develop SOPs to standardize activities.

Previously, at Nutanix, I developed tools for field deployment and support infrastructure and troubleshot customer issues across HCI, storage, and disaster recovery. My earlier work at NetApp and EMC included storage installation and support, NAS/SAN operations, and technical assistance for global teams.
