Happiness Akpan

I’m an accounting graduate with an HND in Accounting and an ANAN certification, committed to integrity, accuracy, and compliance. I bring experience across financial record keeping, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, payroll support, payment processing, and financial reporting.

In my recent roles, I’ve maintained accounting records, prepared payment vouchers, performed bank reconciliation, and prepared financial reports. I also support budgeting and procurement documentation while ensuring adherence to donor and internal controls.

Before this, I completed an Accounting Intern role with Change Maker Initiative in collaboration with GHIV Africa, where I handled cashbook management, assisted with reconciliations, supported budget monitoring, and ensured documentation accuracy. I’ve also worked as a Teacher at More Grace Academy, preparing lesson plans and maintaining academic records—strengthening my organization and communication skills.
