I seek a leadership role where I can shape product and design strategy, build scalable teams and systems, and deliver user-centered products in collaborative, growth-focused environments.

I am a product design leader with broad experience building UX, UI and brand systems for startups, fintech, web3 and large organizations. I co-founded and served as CPO at Rare.engineer, scaling the team to 23 senior consultants and delivering high-quality product and engineering services.

My background includes leading product design for a Sequoia- and YC-backed crypto-first banking platform, implementing scalable design systems, conducting deep user research with CFOs and CEOs, and introducing design thinking across enterprises like Agirc-Arrco and BNP Paribas. I balance user-centered research, hands-on prototyping, and organizational leadership to ship impactful, secure, and usable products.
