What I'm looking for

I want a career where I can utilize my Knowledge and Experience, intelligence, Inquisition, dynamic and self-motivation to do new and challenging work—especially across digital banking, business development, and operational excellence.

I’m a dynamic, self-motivated professional with 10+ years of experience, with a strong willingness to learn and excellent time management. I bring strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a focused, patient, friendly approach to work.

Most recently, I’ve been working as a Business Sourcing Associate (BSA) at Pubali Bank PLC, handling all Digital Banking Activities, business development, and alternate delivering channel work, along with office maintenance. Previously, I strengthened my technical and operational foundation as an ICT Support Engineer through ICT supports and MIS maintenance, supporting “all IT supports.”

Earlier roles broadened my impact across accounts and finance, management and leadership, procurement, logistics, warehouse management, and internal audit and compliance. I’ve also led sales and customer-facing initiatives as a Territory Sales Manager and managed micro finance services as a Community Manager, building credibility across both relationship growth and operational execution.
