What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue growing in security operations, with opportunities to investigate threats, improve incident response, work across SIEM, endpoint, email, and web security tools, and deliver actionable security insights.

I'm currently monitoring client environments at Swiftsoft Infotech Services in a 24x7 SOC, detecting intrusion attempts and responding to security incidents. I use IBM QRadar, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, and Barracuda SecureEdge to investigate threats across SIEM, endpoint, email, and web logs.

Previously at R4 Solutions, I investigated malware, phishing, and abnormal network activity in Microsoft 365 Defender. I performed root-cause analysis, enriched IOCs, ran Live Response sessions, managed blocklists, and supported endpoint onboarding and remediation.

Before moving into cybersecurity, I spent 3.6 years at Cognizant Technology Solutions in GIS mapping and quality operations. I reviewed map data, improved process consistency through calibration sessions, and documented workflows and quality findings for stakeholders.
