Aditya Gawande

I’m an Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in embedded systems, circuit protection, and smart device design. I bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and safety in electrical systems.

I completed my B. E. in Electrical Engineering from Prof. Ram Meghe College of Engineering and Management (2021–2025, CGPA: 7.86). I’ve built practical skills in C programming and engineering design tools like Eplan, Catia V5, and AutoCAD.

In my projects, I developed solutions to improve real-time safety and monitoring—such as protection of a single-phase induction motor using a microcontroller and a portable device for electrical fault protection using current imbalance and leakage detection. These experiences strengthened my ability to translate sensor data into fault identification and protective actions.

As a Quality Control Engineer (July 2025–December 2025) at Blumenbecker Kat Automation Pune, I supported thorough testing and quality assurance of VFD, MCC, PLC, and industrial control panels. I performed functional and HV tests, verified system drawings and bill of materials, and coordinated across production, design, and RD teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
