Adebola Adekunle

I am a B.Tech student in Crop Production and Soil Science with practical experience supervising farm operations and assisting on a family palm-oil farm. I apply a hands-on approach to crop management and soil care to support productivity and quality.

I have served as a Supervisor at ADECO Farms and worked as a Farm Assistant on a family-owned palm oil farm, gaining experience in field supervision, basic agronomic practices, and team coordination. I communicate effectively and collaborate well under pressure.

My academic foundation from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology complements practical exposure from secondary and primary education in Ekiti State. I bring creativity in proposing innovative solutions and a commitment to improving operational standards.

I am motivated to contribute to an agricultural employer that values practical skills, continuous learning, and measurable improvements in crop production and soil management.
