What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Senior Accountant or US Accounting role with a US-based organization, where I can support accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, tax documentation, budgeting, and management decision-making.

I'm currently preparing financial reports, reconciliations, income statements, balance sheets, payroll reporting, and financial analysis for Conscientia Health / Estate. I reconcile healthcare revenue from DrChrono to QuickBooks Enterprise and investigate billing-to-accounting discrepancies.

I've supported corporate tax compliance with Baker Tilly, including the financial schedules and documentation needed for W-2 and 1099 reporting. I also prepare estate financial statements, expense schedules, budgets, forecasts, and management-ready reports that support operating and cash decisions.

Previously at New Horizons College, I processed payroll, PAYE taxes, pension contributions, statutory deductions, receivables, bank reconciliations, fixed-asset records, and final accounts. I'm an ICAN Associate Chartered Accountant with over five years of progressive accounting experience and hands-on US accounting exposure.
