I'm currently managing warehouse operations, costs, replenishment, and end-to-end supply chain activity for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle brands including Poltrona Frau, Lululemon, Pacsun, AllSaints, Eleventy, and Tartine Et Chocolat.

I established the end-to-end warehousing and last-mile delivery process for Poltrona Frau across two UAE showrooms, led a stock and pallet count that delivered approximately AED 500,000 in savings, and achieved 100% Fashion replenishment fulfilment with next-day delivery across stores.

Previously at Expeditors International, I managed inbound receiving for more than 100 monthly shipments, maintained 99% order fulfilment accuracy, and reduced inventory errors by 98% through reconciliation and root-cause analysis. I also built Power BI KPI reporting and supported 10 key accounts with a 100% customer satisfaction rating.

With hands-on DHL warehouse training and a Bachelor of Pharmacy background, I bring analytical rigor to inventory control, WMS operations, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.
