At the National Lottery Trust Fund, I led procurement planning and execution for goods, works, and consultancy services in line with federal procurement guidelines. I supervised an 8-member team handling over 30 procurement projects annually.
I handled procurement for the renovation and fit-out of the Lagos and Port Harcourt offices, and coordinated sourcing and distribution of office furniture, ICT equipment, and operational assets. Earlier, I supported procurement for a ₦1.4 Billion Federal Government Sports Intervention Project and conducted market research and contractor negotiations to achieve value for money.
