At Raidat Al Sharq, I prepare and review subcontractors’ interim payment applications and progress claims, verifying executed quantities against site progress, BOQs, and contract requirements. I also track variations, project costs, and payment documentation.
Previously, at REDCON Construction, I prepared BOQs and quantity take-offs for SILVERSANDS North coast and used Oracle ERP to prepare subcontractor payment certificates. At CONCORD for Engineering and Contracting, I prepared workshop drawings, bar bending schedules, and quantity surveys for the Latin district in New Alamein.
