I've led refinery laboratory operations for more than 12 years, most recently as Laboratory Shift Supervisor at Al-Barham Company for Gasoline Production and Improvement. I oversee daily testing, review results, report findings, and keep shift workflows efficient.

Across Mashriq Planet Company, International Gateways Company, and Shwan Oxidized Asphalt Refinery, I've managed petroleum and asphalt testing programs that support product quality and production. My work includes gasoline upgrading, oxidized asphalt production, quality control, SOP implementation, and laboratory safety requirements.

I supervise laboratory personnel, including teams of nine, and handle equipment calibration, verification, maintenance coordination, and performance monitoring. I use instruments including GC PONA analyzers, gas chromatography, TS/TN analyzers, octane analyzers, viscometers, and flash point testers.
