JOIN THE CAUSE

We are seeking a skilled Channel Partner Manager to join our team at Tapcheck Inc. As the Channel Partner Manager, you will develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive growth and revenue. You will be responsible for understanding the overall channel partnerships strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue. You will be focused on growing the channel partners portfolio, supporting Tapcheck’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel partnerships support to a portfolio of assigned partners.

This is a critical role on the Partnerships team. We are looking for an experienced partnerships operator with a track record of leading complex channel partnerships end-to-end, strong business, product acumen, the ability to work effectively cross-functionally internally and externally, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to drive significant growth of our business.

You will play a crucial role in expanding Tapcheck’s market presence and driving revenue through indirect sales channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs
  • Ensure you have a full understanding of the needs of their clients
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and set performance objectives
  • Ensure channel partners have a deep understanding of Tapcheck’s products
  • Manage the performance of existing partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs such as trainings, webinars, newsletters, and joint marketing efforts
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as trainings, sales, and other growth levers
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to develop and execute a holistic partner strategy, from partner integrations that enhance Tapcheck's products to channel partners that drive new seller acquisition
  • Own and execute partnerships end-to-end, from business development to partner launch and management
  • Be accountable to KPI’s and business objectives each quarter
  • Determine and prioritize the appropriate mix of partner benefits, incentives, and co-marketing + sales opportunities necessary to secure a lucrative partnership deal
  • Operate autonomously, being both a proactive executor and strategic thinker
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales with a focus on channel/partners
  • Proven ability to negotiate, sign, launch, and manage partnerships from tactical, mid-size opportunities to complex, strategic partners
  • Experience growing and distributing new products with partners via compelling economic incentives and close collaboration with internal and external sales and marketing teams
  • Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally
  • Ability to leverage data to develop business plans, understand customers and market insight and analyze program effectiveness
  • Experience driving early-stage product adoption, leveraging ecosystems, channel and strategies of scale
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quota targets
  • Proven ability to communicate with partners at all levels within an organization
  • BA/BS Degree
