Youâll join the team as the Head of Talent. In 2023, in collaboration with our highly dedicated internal teams and engaged Hiring Managers, we significantly expanded the team by hiring 25+ new Zowians. Donât be fooled by the number - these were highly experienced individuals, including many in senior management.
Working closely with our Talent Partners, you will not only oversee and deliver the recruitment process but also develop it across Poland, Europe, and the US. It will be your responsibility to provide strategic oversight and hands-on engagement so that we can attract, guide, support, and secure passionate and collaborative individuals for Zowie.

What you'll do:
- Take full ownership of delivering the companyâs ambitious hiring plan.
- Manage, scale, and develop Zowieâs Talent Acquisition team to support the companyâs growth objectives.
- Partner with leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change and transformation.
- Take a hands-on approach to improve, design, and implement talent acquisition processes and tools that scale with the organization.
- Lead, develop, and motivate talent team and deliver across various geographies, ensuring that remote processes are well-managed and effective.
- Leverage data and analytics to make strategic recommendations and measure outcomes, ensuring our growth targets and operational efficiencies are met.
- Verify and maintain culture fit within the organization, promoting a culture of ownership and a solution-oriented mindset.
Ideally, youâll bring with you:
- Several years of experience in a similar leadership role, with proven success in scaling organizations and managing remote teams.
- Strategic and process-oriented thinking with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in start-up environments, familiar with the dynamics of a multicultural and remote workplace.
- Experience in working with headhunter agencies and executive search firms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to practice radical candor and build strong, transparent relationships.
- Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining focus on key business goals.
