  • Offering suggestions and direction based on social listening and proactive engagements.
  • Participating in team brainstorming meetings and fostering idea generation.
  • Work on content calendars and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management, and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Analyze the daily social conversation both in general and around the brand.

About You

The essentials:

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience writing for social media, digital video, email, and blog posts.
  • Social media, copywriting, and/or general writing experience.
  • Knowledge of social media audiences and communication styles on each platform, specifically YouTube and TikTok.
  • A deep understanding of social video content and online creators.
  • Quick decision-making skills and ability to work well on deadline.
  • A collaborative approach but able to jump on important tasks as necessary.
  • Proficient in Google tools including GMail and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and social environment.
  • Must have a valid passport.
