About the role 💭
As a Content Engineer, you'll spearhead our efforts in crafting compelling technical blogs and content, playing a pivotal role in shaping our developer community's experience. From researching and writing technical blogs to collaborating with our engineering team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our content educates and resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit technical blogs that educate and inspire our developer community
- Be the voice of the engineering team and lead our engineering blog
- Collaborate with developer success to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and compelling content, including FAQs
- Partner with our SEO team and support our organic content motion by delivering a steady stream of blogs and articles
- Contribute to the marketing content strategy and brainstorm new ideas for videos, case studies, and other content formats
- Stay up-to-date on the identity industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains relevant and valuable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related technical field is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in technical content writing for developer-focused audiences, with a demonstrated portfolio of engaging and informative content
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and adaptability skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams especially engineering, product and developer success
- Bonus: familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security or a related industry
