You will be joining a rapidly growing team of over 10 highly talented individuals who thrive in our fast-paced, 100% remote work environment. As we anticipate onboarding more than 50 people within the next 12 months, our team boasts international representation and a passion for building top-quality websites and expanding the business.
About the Role
WinTech, home to the innovative Cerebrum brain training suite, is seeking a Middle Web/UI Designer who is passionate about creating seamless, user-friendly web experiences. This role focuses on shaping the online presence of our products through intuitive design, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. While graphic design skills are a plus, the core of this role revolves around web UI design, making digital interactions both efficient and enjoyable. Expertise in Next.js, Next UI, and Tailwind components is highly desired, alongside strong web UI design skills.
Responsibilities
Web UI Design: Craft engaging and accessible web and mobile interfaces that reflect WinTech's branding and the Cerebrum product's unique qualities. Focus on simplicity, usability, and aesthetic appeal.
User Experience Focus: Leverage best practices in UI/UX to streamline website navigation and enhance overall user experience, aiming for higher engagement and user retention.
Collaboration for Implementation: Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are both realistic and achievable within given constraints and timelines. Experience with Next.js, Next UI, and Tailwind components will be crucial here.
Consistency Across Platforms: Ensure consistent user experience across all PC/mobile platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and creating a cohesive online presence.
Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from users and team members, iterating designs to continuously refine and improve the user interface.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in web/UI design, exploring new tools and methods to push the boundaries of digital design at WinTech.
About You
Proven Skillset: Demonstrated experience in web/UI design, backed by a robust portfolio that highlights your ability to create engaging digital experiences.
User-Centric: Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, with a track record of enhancing user experiences through thoughtful and strategic design.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translating complex product requirements into user-friendly designs.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong grasp of layout, color theory, typography, and user interface elements.
Nice to Have
Graphic Design Skills: Basic competence in graphic design, with the ability to create visual assets that complement web designs.
Familiarity with Front-End: Understanding of basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better design-to-development communication.
