Role
This individual will play a key role in establishing qualified, targeted meetings for our Sales team, driving the top of the sales funnel and meaningfully contributing to the success of the organization. Utilizing strategic and creative outreach channels, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers and initiating meaningful conversations through effective messaging and value propositions. Your day-to-day activities will have a direct impact on our exciting growth story, all while working within a collaborative team environment. Success in this role is defined by consistently meeting and surpassing monthly sales pipeline and revenue quota targets.
Responisbilities
- Identifying prospective customers and conducting research to formulate effective messaging
- Identifying creative channels of outreach to prospective customers
- Engaging prospective clients through strategic outbound efforts including calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
- Scheduling sales meetings for our sales team
- Documenting and optimizing the prospecting playbook for scale
You
- 2 + years of relevant professional experience
- You are interested in working in sales at a high-growth, team member obsessed company
- You are a go-getter looking to get your feet wet in the B2B tech space, specifically in sales
- You are coachable, have a deep desire to learn and grow, and want to learn both the science and the art of solution selling
- You are passionate about our mission to celebrate shift workers everywhere
- You are emotionally intelligent and can think dynamically in all types of situations
- You are someone with excellent written communication and verbal skills
- You are someone who isn’t afraid of rejection and loves getting right back up after getting knocked down
