We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and strategic Customer Success Engineer to join our Customer Experience Team. About the Role
The Customer Success Solutions Engineer supports existing customers and business partners by effectively demonstrating the value of Netwrix products and technologies in Data Access Governance, AD Security, Privilege Access Management, and Endpoint Management. This role collaborates closely with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, cultivating accounts, aiding in user adoption and value realization, and driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead solution adoption and engagement activities to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
- Assist customers in technical discussions on Netwrix's value propositions, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.
- Build relationships with customers' technical champions and decision-makers, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Provide industry expertise in Data Access Governance, AD Security, Privilege Access Management, and Endpoint Management.
- Conduct technical validation engagements, product walkthroughs, workshops, and demos for customers' IT and security personnel, as well as business leadership.
- Share best practices and provide expertise through evaluations, guided trials, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Engage in technical activities such as webinars, training sessions, and marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement.
- Use touchpoints such as emails and Health-Check engagements to increase user adoption and product stickiness, laying the groundwork for cross-sell/up-sell opportunities while maintaining and improving CSAT.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Management on resolution to an issues discovered on health checks.
- Work closely with AM and CSM resources to understand the customer journey and roadmap, fostering a "Customer for Life" mindset and encouraging participation in use case studies.
- Share best practices and feedback with peers and Account Managers, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Netwrix products and the competitive landscape.
- Update and manage all account activities in Salesforce, tracking engagement and progress.
