About the Job:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End React Developer to join our growing platform team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly web applications using React.js and related technologies. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new features and functionalities for web applications using React.js.
• Design and build reusable UI components following best practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate mockups and wireframes into clean, responsive, and performant React code.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex front-end issues to maintain application responsiveness and functionality.
• Optimize front-end performance for various devices and browsers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js, front-end development tools, and libraries.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Document code effectively for future reference and maintenance.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing React development skills
• Experience building and working with teams focused on Enterprise SaaS Application
• Experience working in an Agile development environment a plus
• 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong focus on React.js
• Expert-level understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) concepts and best practices
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less)
• Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel
• Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Redux)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
