Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns across various channels.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring high-quality output.
- Develop and optimize landing pages to boost advertising campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to executive leadership.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, seeking opportunities for innovation.
- Manage the demand generation budget efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Extensive experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience managing a high-performing marketing team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of the audio industry and Universal Audio’s product line is a plus.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience focusing on demand generation and paid media.
UA Salary Range/Hourly Rate of Pay: California Salary Range = $160K - $190K
Base salary/hourly rate of pay will be based on the cost of labor for the city/state in which the new hire resides, at the time of hire.
