[REMOTE] Associate Project Manager (client/account management exp. req.) Responsibilities
- Understand client expectations and define project roadmap
• Document clear business process and project requirements
• Serve as compliance manager and guide reporting objectives
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Delegate assignments, coach the team, and ensure clarity of expectations
• Run client meetings and resolve questions/concerns
• Prioritize development tasks using data-driven decisions
• Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Act as primary contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and account retention

• Bachelor’s degree is required
- 3+ years of account management experience required
• Background supporting multiple external clients simultaneously required
• Ability to collaborate with international teams beyond regular working hours (typically a few times per month) required
