Our client in the chemical manufacturing industry is looking for a Remote Business Support Specialist to add to their team. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers. Your goal is to manage the client pipeline to ensure customers are informed and satisfied. In addition, you will make recommendations as appropriate to refine/enhance operational processes. To succeed in this role, you must be able to develop relationships with customers, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate effectively with production, quality, and sales teams. While not required, ideal candidates will have experience in the Packaging Film industry. [Remote] Business Support Specialist (Customer Service exp req) Responsibilities
- Set operational protocols with Region Sales Managers
• Maintain records for customer accounts
• Distribute customer order acknowledgments
• Maintain proactive customer communication
• Distribute inventory reports
- Advise Customer/Sales Manager of inventory position
• Coordinate with Production Planning to ensure on-time delivery
• Track ocean, air, and truck shipments
• Assess customer needs/risks
• Make recommendations for necessary actions
• Review customer available credit status
• Maintain up-to-date customer information
• Attend additional training as needed
• Send customer-specific reports as required

- 2+ years of B2B customer support or related experience required
• Experience managing relationships with internal and external customers required
