UI/UX Developer [OPEN TO ALL LATAM]

Hello! We are Tekton Labs, a technology and software development consulting company, founded in Silicon Valley and with offices in Peru, Mexico, and the United States. We have 15 years of experience designing and developing innovative solutions to help companies (and especially people!) achieve their goals. As we grow, the challenges increase. For this, we seek to integrate a UX/UI Developer into our team.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the usability, presentation, and development of the web and mobile clients of our core platform
• Developing new modules and optimizing the existing user experience for greater performance and ease of use
• Optimizing the display and interactivity of tables, charts, and other data presentation design elements
• Taking ownership over your portion of the project timeline and deliverables
• Identifying opportunities for UX/UI improvements
• Translate user and business requirements into amazing, contextual user experiences
• Trialing and implementing effective new technologies in the AI/co-pilot space into your workflow to help improve the speed, quality, and consistency of output What we're looking for

Requirements

• You have a university degree or college diploma with a concentration in interaction design, graphic design, or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. We use Figma but experience in either other tool would be appropriate.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and UI libraries, specifically Material UI to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Understanding of user research methodologies and ability to conduct usability testing to gather insights for improving the user experience.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and charting libraries to present complex manufacturing analytics in a clear and meaningful way.
• Experience with responsive design principles to ensure the application works well on various devices and screen sizes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
