The salary for this role is $65,000-$70,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a World-Class experience for our clients by keeping our digital marketing projects on track (websites, SEO tasks, Google Ads onboarding projects, Local Service Ads onboarding projects, Social Media onboarding projects)
- Oversee the onboarding process for clients and ensure projects are moving along quickly
- Ensure that all client information gathered is correct
- Communicate any red flags or potential roadblocks to the rest of the team
- Assist in tracking the progress of client builds to ensure timely delivery
- Applying content and image edits to Wordpress websites
- This is a client facing role
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project Management Experience. We want an All-Star that will come in and hit the ground running. (Limited training needed)
- Excellent writing skills. We don't expect you to be the next great novelist, but we do hope you to be able to quickly, easily, and understandably communicate information that may not be familiar to our clients.
- Solid organization skills so that you can effectively manage (and EXCEED) your daily, weekly, and monthly to-do list.
- DETAILS MATTER. You MUST have a STRONG attention to detail.
- Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment where your job description is updated or changed as the needs of the company change.
