UX Manager - B2B Healthtech and SaaS Products

As a UX Manager at Koru UX Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our clients' B2B Healthtech and SaaS products. You will lead a team of UX designers, researchers, and developers to create intuitive, efficient, and impactful user experiences. Your expertise in B2B products and managerial experience will be crucial in driving the success of our projects and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  - Oversee the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders from client teams, ensuring clear communication, understanding of requirements, and alignment with project goals.
  - Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team, supporting their professional growth and development.
  - Be responsible for the overall well-being and performance of the design team, managing workloads, setting goals, and facilitating a positive team culture.
  - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  - Develop and maintain UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  - Conduct regular UX reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and deliverables.
  - Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the design process as appropriate.
  - Advocate for user-centric design principles and practices within the organization and with clients.
  - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

Eligibility:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on B2B Healthtech and SaaS products.
  - At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, leading and mentoring a UX team.
  - Proven experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  - Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
  - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  - Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
