Energy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Senior Manager,Clean Transportation to join our Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) team. In this role you will play a key role in Energy Solutions’ Clean Transportation practice, leading a large, complex program to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles, helping oversee a portfolio of smaller projects and teams, and supporting DERs Directors in developing proposals to grow the practice area.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Project management of a large-scale incentive program to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles, including managing the project schedule, budget, and a multidisciplinary team to execute the work.
- Providing subject matter expertise in electric vehicle and clean transportation technology, markets, and policy.
- Supervision of activities involving multiple, complex projects or programs.
- Staff management and supervision.
- Marketing and business development support.
- Financial planning and reporting.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
Minimum qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience including at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Initiate, lead, and see through to completion proposals for new projects and programs.
- Demonstrated mastery of project and program management.
- Demonstrated exceptional client management skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in clean transportation subject matter including electric vehicle and charging technology, electric micro mobility solutions, and vehicle-grid integration.
Salary DOE: $105,000k - $137,000k / Annually
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
